What an outstanding idea! Most of the work that police do day to day is mundane and routine. This is an option to save a big bunch of money. I have lived in Isanti for over twenty years and seldom see the police patrol the nieghborhoods.Lets think outside the box and try something new. There is way too much overlap in lawenforcement authority anyway.
