If you have violation complaints please reference those to city Hall. The Great Yard Award is to help promote a positive approach. The Council on 5-0 voted has passed a tougher nuisance ordinance. I wanted to try and balance the need for stronger/quicker enforcement with also highlighting the positive.
How about the crappy yard award? Can we submit nominations for that? (ha) There are a TON in Isanti!
