I admire that you are transparent with our local govt. I also admire that you have created this website for all of us as a community to keep current on local govt issues.
But this "stirring the pot" post almost seems threatening, if not slightly unprofessional.
You have always conducted yourself in an excellent manner as our mayor. I am sure you have nothing but the best of intentions, both personally and professionally.
But I am concerned at the meaning or possible meanings of this post....

Anonymous George is a sweet nice guy. How is "stirring back" so threatening? Have fun with it.
I have watched how rumors and outright lies get spread in this town. I read it as people should make sure they check their facts before they spread rumors. Some people make stirring the pot their own hobby. Take up golf or do something else productive.
I'm not sure who is saying what but I can speculate. Keep up the good work George; you've done a great job as mayor.
Especially in these hard financial times you have a common sense into running the city and watching the spending. I am so thankful that the 'Good ol' boys network' isn't in charge anymore.
